Employment training and support for individuals with disabilities and the public
Employment Training and Support Program: Creates an opportunity for people to explore options that allow personal growth, new life experiences, and the opportunity to have a choice and a variety of self-directed activities. The Employment Training and Support Program has developed a multitude of training options and learning experiences that encompass all current programs offered, and utilize community and staff expertise to facilitate program options.

Program options include:
  • Food Services/Restaurant Skills
  • Hot Lunch Program
  • Packaging and Assembly Work
  • Lawn and Ground Maintenance (Landscaping)
  • Handcrafted Cards for All Occasions
  • Scents and Soaps
  • Janitorial Services
  • Professional Employment Readiness and Marketing
People work with a supervisor to promote the training necessary to achieve the highest quality of work ethics. These programs provide unique life experiences for the people supported and assist with independence towards their goals.

Customized Employment (CE): An innovative service that is dedicated to helping create inclusive workplaces. Partnered with business leaders in the community to build bridges for people with disabilities who want to work and connect with potential employers. Jobs are matched based upon the job seekers' strengths and interests and the requirements of the employer. The program provides onsite job training and fosters long-term relationships with employers.
