Online and phone counselling provided entirely free of charge for 12 sessions with a trained volunteer counsellor.

Counselling services provided entirely free of charge. Provided for a wide variety of conditions, including (but not limited to): Burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, postpartum, grief and loss, OCD, panic attacks, LGTBQ2S+ support, domestic violence and more.

What you can expect:

Up to 12 free sessions with a trained volunteer counsellor
Sessions by phone or video call
Counselling available in 16+ languages
Your counsellor is supervised weekly for quality of care
