Short term clinical counselling for adults (19+) with mild to moderate mental health concerns. Services include up to 6 sessions with a registered clinical counsellor. Focus areas include anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions.

Available to patients referred by a South Delta family physician or nurse practitioner. This service is funded by the South Delta Primary Care Network and provided at no cost to eligible patients.
