A strengths-based, 5 - week parent-baby therapeutic art program.
Experience the benefits of a low-pressure environment where you can chat with other parents, have fun with your baby and engage in art activities to build on your strengths as a person and a parent/caregiver. This program is open to families with a baby under one year.
Discussion themes that may be addressed may include: being "present" to you and baby, caring for self, community-building, parenting intentions for challenging moments and enlisting the support of others.
Cost:$50 + tax / parent-baby duo 5 sessions included.

To register:
- Participants are required to complete the intake form.
- Individuals will be prompted to book an online intake call by selecting the South Rock Perinatal Wellness Collective option. After booking, a registration link and secure payment link will be provided.
