Support for New Parents
Family / Parenting and Pregnancy Care
Provided by Options Community Services
Offers various support and education program for caregivers of young children.
The following programs are offered:
- Healthiest Babies Possible: A program for pregnant and new parents who are experiencing health or lifestyle challenges. Clients must be a resident of Surrey, Delta or White Rock and may participate until the baby is 6 months old. There is no charge for this free, confidential service. HBP services Delta/White Rock/ Surrey.
- Support for Parents of Young Children: Provides education and support for parents and caregivers of children 0-5 years old. This program offers support and parenting education based on the science of child development and attachment theory which will encourage the development of healthy families within the community. Individual and group supports are available. Parents of Young children support surrey residents only.
