A wide range of age-friendly social and recreational activities for Burnaby residents age 55+.
Edmonds 55+ Centre offers various fitness, yoga, swimming, Pilates and other exciting programs that will keep individuals healthy and active. In partnership with the City, the Edmond 55+ Centre also runs a variety of clubs, activities, events and services for older adults. From bingo, cribbage, karaoke to dancing and more. Membership Required.
How to register for activities:
- Online registration through WebReg is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Registration by phone at Edmond 55+ Centre is available from 9am - 8pm by calling 604-297-4838.
Memberships: Burnaby residents can purchase a 55+ single centre or multi-centre membership to participate in 55+ programs and activities. Memberships provide access to senior associations, allowing participation in groups and clubs, as well as registration at member pricing for the City’s 55+ activities.
- Single Centre Membership costs $21.80 per year
- Multi Centre Membership costs $54.05 per year
Burnaby residents age 90+ are eligible to apply for a lifetime membership. Please contact for more details.
